Northwest Children's Theater is proud to present its world premiere adaptation of El Zorrito: The Legend of the Boy Zorro; a bilingual musical playing May 4-27, 2012. Starring internationally recognized opera prodigy Michael Kepler Meo, El Zorrito tells the story of young Diego de la Vega, as he takes up his father's sword to become the masked hero Zorrito. With the help of his loyal, but silent, servant Bernardo, Zorrito protects the town of Captistrano from the evil Mayor Ramon. Using a mixture of wit, song and swordplay, Zorrito defends his friends and defeats his foes. A tale of integrity, justice and heroism, El Zorrito is a fantastic introduction to the Spanish language for young theater-goers and their families!
