This program is designed for the retailer who has been in business at least a year, finds themselves working harder than ever and not getting ahead the way they want by now. The program provides both classroom/peer support and one-on-one counseling customized to your specific business situation and needs.
The retail industry is undergoing dramatic changes as a result of the double whammy of the internet and "great recession". Retail has not recovered as well as we hoped it would by now. However, there are some things you can do and skills you can gain that can help you adapt to and succeed in the new reality of retail!
The program is 10 months long and consists of 10 once a month class meetings each three hours long interspersed each month with one on one confidential business advising.

You will need the course number, which is the 5 digit number in the course title above. Payment arrangements can also be made at this time.
Completion of this form only reserves a seat in the program. You will need to officially register through Portland Community College and pay the program fee a minimum of 3 days prior to the first class session. Seat reservations not paid 3 days prior to class start are subject to cancellation.
Parking: CLIMB and SE 82nd are official PCC campuses and there is a parking fee of $5 per day. There are parking permit boxes in the parking lot area.
